Kaismama is right the 7.5/325 refers to hydrocodone 7.5mg and acetaminophen 325mg. 5/325 means 5 mg of hydrocodone and 325mg of acetaminophen so the 7.5/325 have 2.5mg more hydrocodone in them and therefore are a bit stronger. Its kind of obvious, one has 7.5 mg and the other 5 of hydrocodone..
